At its heart, Emily is really something of a love story.

Emily Wong and Alex Ascani are partners in life as well as in business. They met in London and fell in love travelling all over the world together, sharing their passion for all things foodie. Alex grew up in Singapore and it was on a return trip to the Far East that they discovered an amazing method of cooking fruit and vegetables that preserves their nutritional content while giving them an amazing crunch.
