The three-day events had the presence of hosting for Lord Marland of Odstock, Lord Nat Wei of Shoreditch, Minister of State (Minister for Climate) – Mr. Graham Stuart MP, Mr. Andrew Rosindell M.P. – Foreign Affairs Select Committee, Mr. Derren Powell – Vice-President of MasterCard, and as a gathering of “Family Office”, the event also hosted multiple billionaires from America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. During the events, many high level dignitaries expressed their interest in holidays in the Himalayas including Miss World. The next edition of CC Forum will be held at The Beverly Hills Hotel (Dorchester Collection) in California, USA.
Ms. Karolina Bielawska – reigning Miss World was privately invited and hosted by Mr. Dipendra Gurung MIoD, Executive Director of Himalaya Jet, in the event, in alliance with the upcoming 71st Miss World Event and collectively campaigning for Beauty with a Purpose. With a legacy of 70 plus years and annual viewership of more than 2 billion, Miss World Events have been instrumental in enhancing the career of some of the most popular celebrities like Aishwarya Rai (Bollywood Superstar), Priyanka Chopra (Hollywood Star), Rolene Strauss to name a few; while Himalaya Jet, an UK based premium long haul carrier connecting major European and American cities with the Himalayan Region and is owned by the conglomerate of Gurung Family with Nepalese origin.
The Gurung family has announced their new venture – Himalaya Jet, a Europe-based premium long haul carrier as a part of their conglomerate which also owns Privé Luxury Cinemas at various high-end hotels around the world and has investments in several eco-friendly ventures like hydrogen-powered urban cars and sustainable hydro-electric powers. The joint initiatives of CC Forum, Miss World, and Gurung Family to raise awareness about the impact of climate change on the Himalayan Glaciers were highlighted during the event.

Global Investment for Sustainable Development by Climate Change Forum also highlighted the melting of Himalayan Glaciers and its consequences.
